The Company’s flagship property is the Beauce Gold Project located in St-Simon-Les-Mines, Quebec.

It hosted the largest historical placer gold mine in Eastern North America that was active from the 1840s to the 1960s. Known to have produced some of the largest gold nuggets in Canadian mining history (50oz to 71oz).

The Company’s objective is to explore the historical placer gold deposit and to trace the gold back toits eroded bedrock source to uncover economic lode gold deposits.

The project is located in the Beauce region of southern Quebec, Canada

Since inception, we have added significant value through the acquisition of 6 real estate lots totaling 176 acres in St-Simon-Les-Mines, and we have made 152+ claims covering the historical Beauce placer goldfield.

Objective 1: Potential Placer Gold Mining Operation

Largest historical placer gold deposit in eastern north America

Gold Exploration Target for the entire historical placer channel ranges between 61,000 ounces (2,200,000 m3 @ 0.87g Au/m3) and 366,000 ounces* (2,200,000 m3 @ 5.22 g Au/m3) *source: Beauce NI43-101 Technical Report 2018.

The Company’s exploration work is to increase the Gold Exploration Target. Studies suggests that the auriferous till and saprolite units of the placer channel, are thicker, broader and longer than previously estimated.

The property holds a historical* placer gold deposit. The Company currently is exploring for a hard rock gold deposit as the source of the gold placers.

Objective 2: To trace the historical placer gold deposit back to bedrock sources in order to make lode gold discoveries

The weathering of sulphides and substantial erosion of quartz veins and antiform folds of a conceptual bedrock Saddle Reef formation northeast of the

placer channel, would have released gold and material that led to the formation of a thick colluvial mantle over the sides and bottom of the Gilbert river valley.

The coarse gold grains and nuggets are both detrital and chemically derived. The former is weathered out of the rock as gold chunks; the latter first requires that the gold goes into solution and is then precipitated as ever-growing nuggets (accretion) in the fractured saprolite& oxidized shale layers.

Saddle Reef examples include the vast Bendigo and Ballarat gold fields of Australia (over 60 million ounces), and the high-grade Dufferin deposit in Nova Scotia.

Lode Gold Exploration

The Saddle Reefs:

Four domed (anticline ridges) have been identified and traced for 4 km along the Apex of an Antiform to the North of the Gilbert River as well as North of the historical placer gold channel from the Saint-Charles Road, crossing the Rang De-Lery, Rang Chaussegros and the Rang Saint-Gustave ranges.

The stockworksare observed along an Axis of Antiform Folds and in the volcaniclastic rocks in Crack and Seal type quartz veins that can reach more than 10m wide at the apex of the folds.
