With silver spot prices catching up to gold, it’s important to highlight the historical silver mined alongside the gold placers, as well as the silver we’ve identified in outcrop samples and our 2023 drill core results.
The zone is located three kilometres along strike from the Grondin Zone and sits at the headwaters of Giroux Brook, a tributary of the Gilbert River. This brook played a central role in 19th-century industrial-scale placer gold mining.
Next, we will move the drill rig to the Grondin Zone for expanded drilling of the Saddle Reef.
