PATRICK LEVASSEUR

Patrick was the President of Uragold and HPQ Silicon from 2009 to 2019.

He has a previous 10 years experience as an Investment Executive with various Canadian Securities firms (ScotiaMcLeod, Research Capital, Laurentian Bank Securities). He’s also currently COO & Board member of HPQ Silicon (TSX-V: HPQ) and owns Ice Age Gold, a mineral prospecting company.

BERNARD J. TOURILLON, MBA

Chairman, co-founder, Director

For the last 20 years, Mr. Tourillon has held senior-level executive positions with extensive finance, marketing, administration, and public accounting experience in diverse industries including exploration and mining companies.

Currently President & CEO of HPQ Silicon, he has participated in fundraising activities and financial transactions worth over $20 million. Since 2010 he is participating into the transformation of HPQ Silicon from an exploration Corporation into High Purity Silicon.

ROBERT GAGNON

Geologist, Director
Mr. Gagnon is a member of “l’Ordre des Géologues du Québec». He was the Vice-President of the Board of Quebec Mineral Exploration Association from 2013 to 2014 and Director from 2008 to 2012. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Gagnon was the President of the “Association des Prospecteurs du Nord du Québec”. He is an independent director of Bonterra Resources since 2012, Director of Typhoon Exploration Inc. and President and founder of ExploLab Inc. Mr. Gagnon was the President of Khalkos since 2013 and now he is the President of Pershimex Resources Corporation (Khalkos’ successor company) since February 2018.

LAM CHAN THO, BSC. A., ENG. MBA, LLB

Mr Tho is both an engineer and a lawyer who has been practicing for over 30 years in commercial, corporate law with a focus on civil engineering in the energy sector. He is also an entrepreneur who is a shareholder of the tallest vertical windmill power station and a real estate developer. Mr Tho is a pillar in the Canada’s Vietnamese community and is recognized for his humanitarian causes and for national and international social activism.

Mrs. Levasseur is a Vice President Investment Advisor at a bank owned securities firm. She is currently Treasurer for the National Council of Women of Canada.

Daryl brings over 40 years experience in mining and capital markets. Notably, he was a founding partner, President & CEO of Jennings Capital, at one time one of Canada’s top securities firm in the mining sector.

Mr Rivard is currently the CFO of HPQ Silicon 20 years experience working in finance and accounting for private publicly traded companies (Group Dynamis, Group DTM, Socanav, Afri-Can Marine Minerals)

MARCEL DRAPEAU, B.A., B.SC. COM., LLL

Assistant Secretary
Being previously an accountant was a lawyer for over 43 years and has practiced in the commercial, corporate and securities law fields, during which time he served as director of numerous companies and acted as a business consultant in various corporate dealings. During the last 20 years, Mr. Drapeau worked mostly with public corporations and securities regulatory organizations and exchanges.
